Dana White Men’s Fitness Training Program – Video
Dana White is in great shape for someone pushing 40, and as the Garv shows in this video, hs workout routine is pretty impressive. He starts his work out by doing 3, 3 minute rounds of circling the ring, out stepping. He follows that up with a 1 mile run in 8 minutes, then 3, 3 minute rounds of jump roping, a bench warm up for 20 reps with just the bar, then a 135lb bench, then a 225lb warm up bench, a 275lb 1 rep bench, 300lb 1 rep bench and finally a 315lb 1 rep bench at a nice pace. He then drops down to 225lb for 14 reps and ends his workout with some abs. Skip over the Garv’s BS in the first few minutes of the video to get straight to the workout.
