Get ready for New Years now! All through the month of November, Velocity Martial Arts and ATT Pompano are allowing the public to join us for the Cardio Kick Boxing class FREE. Just call to let us know you are coming. There is no catch, we dont do contracts for kick boxing, so there is nothing to worry about if you end up wanting to continue after November.
The only thing you HAVE to do is call before you come for your first class. After that, you can just show up whenever you feel like it for the rest of November.
