Which UFC Action Figures are Better? Jakks or Round 5?
Wednesday, October 15th, 2008It looks like Round 5 has some competition in the area of UFC fighter action figures. Jakks, the makers of Wrestling Action Figures is now entering the MMA Action Figure biz with a whole bunch of new action figures. Fighters include Wanderlei Silva, Forrest Griffin, Frank Mir, Anderson Silva, Royce Gracie, Rampage Jackson, Matt Serra, Randy Couture, Brock Lesnar (I’m sure they converted an existing Brock WWE Figure over to UFC), Chuck Liddell and Mike Bisping. That’s a whole lot of figures compaged to Round 5′s Sean Sherk, Rich Franklin, Anderson Silva, Wanderlei Silva, Tito Ortiz, Matt Hughes, Randy Couture and Rampage Jackson. But quantity isn’t always better than quality, is it now? In this case, I believe that holds true. Yeah the Jakks figures have 24 points of articulation, but damn those Round 5 cartoon like figures look bad ass. What’s your take on it?
