Georges St. Pierre is interviewed by George Stroumboulopoulos of CBC’s “The Hour” Canadian program. Stroumboulopoulos asks St. Pierre about his new found UFC fame, his appearance at the recent UFC 76 event and how George was around for his training partner Keith Jardine and his fight against Chuck Liddell.  Stroumboulopoulos talks a lot about UFC 76 and specifically the Liddell vs Jardine fight.  George talks about how the mental state of Chuck Liddell may be weakened due to a loss to Quinton Jackson.  George states that training for a fight is 90% physical, 10% mental and switches to the inverse when you’re actually in a fight.  This mentally aspect created an advantage for Keith Jardine when fighting Chuck.
