MMA Fight Girls Wallpaper

I came across this video today on UFC Mania.  It’s a video of Joe Lauzon, BJ Penn and some other fighters training at BJ’s training camp in Hawaii.  The fighters are practicing fighting in the pocket.  They go into the pocket and take and throw shots for approximately 10 seconds.  It’s an interesting drill to watch, especially because there’s a lot of awkwardness among the fighters while getting use to being in the pocket.  I was pretty surprised by it, but they were catching a few shots.  Check it out yourself on BJ Penn’s website.
