So, we officially know that Joe Stevenson will face off with BJ Penn at UFC 80 in Newcastle England. We additionally know that Gabriel Gonzaga will take on Fabricio Werdum. It is now rumored on the popular MMA Forums that Paul Taylor and Paul Kelly will face off, Colin Robinson and Antoni Hardonk and Per Eklund against Sam Stout. For those of you unfamiliar with Per Eklund, I’ve attached a highlight video of Eklund for your viewing.. Quality sucks, but hey, it will give you a little background information.
