Damn! American Gladiator Siren, aka Valerie Waugaman is hella ripped. In addition to be one of the new American Gladiators, she’s also a IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) Figure Professional, a marketing direction for a fitness restaurant (octane cafe), fitness model (she’s been on such covers as H20 Magazine) and a fitness video model. Valerie has a number of instructional videos out there, including the following video where she’s doing standing calf raises and squats.
