Kristy Lee Cook - American Idol Meets Cage Fighter - Plus Pictures
On tonight’s episode of American Idol Season 7, viewers were introduced to 23 year old Kristy Lee Cook from Oregon. Kristy stated that she’s a kickboxer and is training for cage fighting. Idol brought the cameras inside Kristy’s Martial arts school where we saw some BJJ - she performs an armbar on one of her training partners and some kickboxing drills. Hey folks, MMA is really in the spotlight these days.
Here are some pictures of Kristy for those of you who don’t remember who she is or didn’t see the episode. She made it to the second round, so be sure to keep an eye out.

Kristy is one truly beautiful girl in the world.
Talented, sincere, beautiful (yes, i mention it again) and like sports.

Have to agree with Andrew. I watcdhed her perform live and you have no idea how awesome she is. She took my Stetson while performing live in Ft. Worth, I think my heart stopped. She could have kept it and my truck. What a voice. I hope she wins it all

I consider Donald Trump would be a much better American Idol judge than Harry Connick Jr. - Trump is not at all afraid to voice what he thinks and can be as controversial as Simon Cowell.
