American Idol Kickboxer Kristy Lee Cook’s Interview Video
Yesterday we wrote an article about American Idol contestant Kristy Lee Cook, who was profiled as a Kickboxer and a cage fighter trainee. We mentioned that in her interview video, Kristy showed off some of her MMA skills including some kicking drills and an arm bar. We found this video of her interview on youtube. Kristy does a judo throw into an armbar and a few more mma routines that we didn’t pick up on at first. I know that most of you are closet American Idol watchers, so pretend to see this video for the first time if your friends are around.
