UFC 83 is looking stacked.  Not only will the event take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, but the UFC will make it’s debut yet in another country, Canadian.  Just announced today is that on top of all of the amazing match ups for UFC 83, Rich Franklin vs Travis Lutter has been added to the card.  So what are we looking at for UFC 83?
