What’s More Amazing, Michael Phelps Diet or His 8 Olympic Metals?
Man what a life this guy’s going to have. Micheal Phelps wins 8 gold metals at the Beijing Olympics, is currently on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine and before you know it, he will be on every television commercial and billboard that you can imagine. But what’s even more amazing to me is his diet. Take his breakfast for example:
- three fried egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, and mayo
- one five-egg omelets
- a bowl of grits
- three slices of French toast with powdered sugar
- three chocolate chip pancakes
- two cups of coffee
That’s breakfast alone… Then you have lunch and dinner… some snacks in between and before you know it… you’ve got yourself a 12,000 calorie diet. Insane, right? I wonder what some of the MMA pros eat in a day?

Wow that’s what we call as diet. Well, lets just consider it as a normal diet for an extraordinary talent. Remember, he won the most number of medals in swimming and made a history by himself. He will surely be on every billboard, magazines, TV and many more. That’s the reward of being a good Olympian and he deserves it.

This is one of those times the UFC needs support, a card plagued with injuries and I’m sure the UFC did whatever they could to try and fill the gaps.

This is when the UFC needs the fans support the most. If you call yourself a real MMA fan then you support the sport through the good times and the bad times.
