Quinton Rampage Jackson Fights Three Years in the Prison Slammer
Today, August 28th Quinton Rampage Jackson will enter the court to be arraigned for his July 15th hit and run and highway patrol chase. The charges, 3 misdemeanor counts of hit and run with property damage and one misdemeanor of reckless driving. The potential time in the slammer? Up to three years in prison if he is convicted. The outcome will be determined today.

If he’s just being arraigned today, that doesn’t mean the outcome will be decided today right? Doesn’t the arraignment come before the trial and sentencing faze of the trial?

yes, the arraignment comes before the trial and sentencing. but jackson has to make his plea during the arraignment.
