Bookmark and Share

UFC fighter Houston Alexander has been out of the Octagon for a few months now.  He had some devastating losses to Thiago Silva at UFC 78 Validation and James Irvin Fight Night 13, lossing both fights in the first round…  James Irvin’s being the worst, a 8 second defeat!  Personally, I’m a fan of Houston Alexander, I think he’s a great fighter, but after these two losses, I wasn’t sure if we would see him in the UFC again.  However, the UFC believe in him, as they recently awarded him a 5 fight contract and have additionally given him an immediate try in the Octagon this Wednesday at UFC Fight Night 14 against Eric Schafer… to his advantage… in his hometown of Ohmaha Nebraska.  So what will  Houston Alexander do to prepare himself for the Octagon.  he states that he’s been in the business for some time now, he’s learning to adjust to fighters and he’s going to make the appropriate changes for his upcoming fight.  Watch the following interview to learn more about the upcoming fight.
