King of the Cage Ring Girls Predator Returns Event

Here’s some high quality photos of ring girls from the May 13th King of the Cage “Predator Returns” event. Here’s the release information from King of the Cage:

  • “May 13th, full contact closed fist no holds barred action comes to Arizona with King of the Cage: PREDATOR RETURNS. Apache Gold Casino and Resort hosts the first ever international pay per view in Arizona. Featuring 17 action packed cage fights, King of the Cage is Knocking out the Competition. Five years after the adoption of mixed martial arts rules by the NSAC, the Arizona State Athletic Commission still presents closed doors to true mixed martial arts. Unwilling to run slap fights, the biggest fighting event ever held in Arizona will be run on an Indian reservation, on sovereign land. Don’t miss the excitement Saturday, May 13th, when 34 of the most talented combatants from Arizona and around the world enter a steel cage to electrify this sure to be sold out venue.
  • In the main event, fighting legend Don ‘the Predator’ Frye returns home for a bout with Gladiator Challenge Native American Heavyweight World Champion Ruben ‘Warpath’ Villareal. Don Frye, a veteran of Pride and pro wrestling in Japan, is a native of Sierra Vista, AZ. He has not fought in the United States in a decade. He now makes his return to the cage in his own backyard. His opponent, Warpath, is also a seasoned veteran of mixed martial arts, also having fought around the world against top international talent. Acknowledged as one of the top Super Heavyweights in the world, Warpath regards Frye as just another obstacle on his way to the top. Known for his toe to toe brawls, there will be no backing down for Don Frye, who defends his reputation as one of the toughest, meanest men on the planet.
  • In the co-main event 4 time defending World Bantamweight Champion Urijah ‘the California Kid’ Faber defends his belt against the undefeated Charlie Valencia, in perhaps the most anticipated match in King of the Cage history. Faber’s relentless ground and pound attack and wildly unorthodox striking has made him both the most exciting and dominating pound-for-pound athlete in the world, and the man to beat at 145 pounds. Faber is coming off of two back to back wins in 2006 against top contenders in the weight class, Cole Escovedo and Ivan Menjivar. Challenging him for the world title is Charlie Valencia, the undefeated former 3 time King of the Cage World Bantamweight Champion. Valencia retired undefeated in 2004 to focus on teaching at his school, Valencia Freestyle Fighting. Watching Faber’s meteoric rise has motivated Valencia to step back into the cage to test the California Kid, and show who the real Bantamweight World Champion is. Valencia made his triumphant return on March 25th at Soboba Casino in southern California, defeating Gladiator Challenge World Super Lightweight Champion Del Hawkins by submission in the first round. Valencia has not been idle in his two year retirement, and will find out if the California Kid lives up to his reputation.” Source King of the Cage
