Dana White Talks THQ’s UFC 2009 Undisputed Video Game

X-Play travels to Las Vegas to speak with UFC President Dana White, UFC Fighters and THQ game developers about the upcoming UFC 2009 Undisputed Video games which looks unbelievably sick! The game has over 1,000 moves and has been developed with all of the details in mind. The developers suggest that you’re going to want to play the game everyday because of the development of the game is never ending. Me, myself, I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy of the game. Unfortunately I’ll have to wait until spring of 2009… but based on the gameplay and graphics that I’ve already seen, I’m willing to wait. You can see sweat, veins and tat’s on the fighters, are you kidding me? That’s totally insane!

Video: TapOut Talks Season 2 of Versus Show with Maxim

The TapOut crew was recently interviewed by Maxim Magazine regarding their upcoming season of the TapOut show on the Versus television network. For those of you who are new to the show, the TapOut sets out looking for up and coming MMA fighters to sponsor. Once sponsored the crew tags along with fighters on the journey to their next fight, including training, weigh ins and the actual fight. Fight Girl Michelle Waterson Desktop Wallpaper, Pictures By Ray Kasprowicz

Wow, it’s been quite some time since we started working on this wallpaper. Just couldn’t get our act together. Thanks to photographer Ray Kasprowicz for his patience and more importantly his amazing photography skills and contribution of these amazing pictures used in the making of this Michelle Waterson desktop wallpaper. This is our second Michelle Waterson wallpaper. If you haven’t seen the first, do so here.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Ray’s work, be sure to check out his MMA Photography Portfolio. He has taken some amazing pictures of MMA stars from the UFC, Bodog, IFL and XFA and continues to do so. In addition to hooking us up with the Michelle Waterson pics, he was also kind enough to provide us with some amazing Miriam Nakamoto pictures and ring girl pictures and we’re soon going to turn into wallpapers. Watch Full Length Strikeforce Episodes, Season 1 on Hulu, Free

Hulu, a provider of popular free (and legal) full length tv episodes has a bunch of Strikeforce fights online. Fights include Melendez vs. Guida, Jackson vs. Seal, Josh Thomson vs. Nam Phan, Gilbert Melendez vs. Tetsiju Kato, Le vs. Altman, and Jorge Masvidal vs. Ryan Healy. The quality of the fights are excellent, they blow up to full perfectly, you can lower the contrast and watch it in Hi-Res 480p. Does it get any better than that? Well it could… Unfortunately there’s commercials, which can kinda be skipped if you’re good at pointing the mouse past the hash marks… how else would you get these fight for free? Check out a sample of Hulu’s fight video below, featuring Overeem vs. Buentello and Linares vs. Figueroa.

Ex UFC Octagon Girl Amber Nichole Miller Partying It Up at the Playboy Club

We always like to give the UFC Octagon Girl fans an update about what’s going on with the current UFC Ring Girls and past UFC Ring Girls. One of our favorite and most pleasant ring girls is non other than Amber Nichole Miller. As we all know by now, she’s currently doing modeling work out on the west coast and having fun with her free time. Here are some pics of Amber doing just that at the Playboy Club.

David Loiseau’s In Sans Pression Rap Video

David Loiseau is featured in this new Numero 1 rap video by Canadian artist Sans Pression. While the phat beats are kicking, David is training looking like a total bad ass. Too bad GSP isn’t in the video too…

Anyway, it’s a cool video, but I don’t know what it’s about. Maybe some of our French Canadian friends can explain the lyrics.

Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos vs Gina Carano EliteXC Fight?

At Saturday’s “EliteXC: Unfinished Business” fight event, Chris Cyborg Santos left quite an impression on MMA fans with the ease in which she defeated her opponent Shayna Baszler in the later round of their fight. Looking over the Cyborg fight that night was the EliteXC poster girl Gina Carano. CBS made note of Gina’s upcoming EliteXC event in October (Oct. 4th, along with another Kimbo Slice fight), but did not make mention a competitor for the night. Is it possible that Cyborg and Carano will face off that October night? As the details are revealed, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Funniest Weigh in Pic - Nick “The Goat” Thompson, The Goat EliteXC Weigh In Pic

Nick “The Goat” Thompson is definitely a guy who stands out from the crowd. At last Saturday Night’s EliteXC Unfinished Business event, Jake Shields faced off with Nick Thompson. For those of you who saw Nick for the first time, you may have found his beard to be quite shocking, possibly even disturbing. Nick’s style of grooming for a fight, grow a big ass beard and then cut everything off from the chin up, leaving the neck like a forest, as in the Sherdog picture below. If you think that stands out, check out one of the funniest weigh in pictures that I’ve seen to date. The Goat, once again pulls off an outrageous stunt.
