MMA Fight Girls Wallpaper

We recently posted these pictures of Strikeforce Ring Girl Maysa Quy and you guys seemed to love them. So, after receiving your requests, we decided to post a few more pictures of this ring girl. We dug them up from her America’s Top Model profile.  Some good quality shots.  Here they are, enjoy folks.

Strikeforce is competing to bring some of the sexiest ring girls to the MMA scene.  What might set them apart from the rest is the uniqueness of the ladies that respect their brand.  Take 21 year old asian model Maysa Quy for instances.  There’s not a lot of information out there about her.  Other than her trails for America’s Top Model.  Maybe  more information will surface when Strikeforce gets their ring girls section up and running.

For the upcoming edition of Fight! Magazine, former UFC ring girl Amber Nichole Miller did a military themed photo shoot.  This is her second photoshoot for the magazine.  The first one over one year ago, involved a half naked Amber and a variety of panties, much more risky than the current.  Check out the shoots and compare.

As rumored back in August of this year, Quinton Rampage Jackson will in fact take on Wanderlei Silva in the UFC Octagon at UFC 92.  The madness will go down on December 27th at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.  This fight will make for a third fight for Rampage and Wanderlei.  In the past, they faced off two times at Pride events.  The first time they met was at Pride Final Conflict 2003.  The fight ended in the first round (6:28) by a TKO, Wanderlei being the victor.  The two faced off again almost a year later at Pride 28.  Once again the fight ended with Wanderlei as the victor, defeating Rampage in the second round by Knock Out.  So, what can we expect to see at UFC 92?  The retirement of Rampage perhaps?  Or one hell of a fight.

Kurt Angle has been saying for years now that he plans on competing in Mixed Marital Arts.  Back in February of this year he went on the Ferrall Sirius Satellite Radio show to talk about the Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir UFC bout.  At the time he stated that he was training 2 days a week in MMA and would soon announce a fight.  Well, it’s been over six months since this statement and he has stated he’s been shopping around deals with a variety of promotions including the UFC.  He told the Sun, “I’m getting offers from the UFC, Pro Elite XC, Affliction and the IFL… It really comes down to who is going to give me the best deal and which fight would be best for me.” He goes on to state that he’s “100%. A lot of people on the internet are bashing me but I’ve never felt better”.  So, when will he fight?  He states that he hopes to be fighting MMA by the end of the year…  the year 2009! Oh come on, save the acting for TNA… This is crazy… someone’s simply looking for a quick pay day, in and out.

Now what the hell is David Blaine thinking?  As his latest stunt he decides to catch a punch to his Abs from Kimbo Slice… yeah yeah, I know what you’re thinking PR.  However, he pulled it off successfully once, and he decides to go back for some more.  This guy is too much.  But I give him props, he took it.  Not sure if any “magic” is going on here, what do you think?

Photographer Michael M Perez and Lisa King fool around and demonstrate how to defend a choke. While being choked by Muay Thai champion / Fight Girl Lisa King, Michael makes the joke, why would you want to get out of such a choke? He’s got a good point.

Anyway, on a side note, if you’re caught in an anaconda choke, or a rear naked choke, one potential escape, or method of preventing further damage is to grab your opponents hand, and lift their arm up above their head, preventing them from securing a tight grip. This alone is no enough to get of the situation, you’ll have to work your way out as well, but often this is the first step.
